KGM rolls form dough shapes on the feed roller. An adjustable knife that moves very quickly cuts them out of the test tape. This cutting system allows you to produce soft sweet pastry of any kind. You can cut figures from dough of any required thickness.

Kalmeijer baking trays are made of blued sheet steel with a length of 59, 80 or 100 cm. The standard width is 25 cm. For rotary ovens with a trolley that are suitable for baking sheets 60 x 80 cm, we recommend baking sheets 59 cm long. By placing 3 pieces next to each other across the carriage, your oven will be optimally filled.

KGM knives are designed for cutting dough during production. Length: 31.5 cm, width: 2 cm.
